High pressure drain cleaning

Specialist high pressure drain jetting to clear blockages fast, in sewer and stormwater pipes from 80mm to 2500mm across.

The fastest way to keep pipes clear

High pressure drain jetting is the fastest, most cost effective and most eco friendly way to look after sewer and stormwater pipes. It keeps them clear of blockages and free of problems.

We have a large range of high pressure jetting systems. They include combination and recycling units, portable reels, urban combination units and van pack jetting units.

Our skilled operators and powerful jetters clear blockages from sewers, drains, ducts, culverts and pipes. They handle pipes from 80mm to 2500mm across. That makes jetting ideal for homes and businesses too. Read more about how drain jetting works.

How jetting works

We feed a special hose into the pipe. Water leaves the nozzle at up to 4000 PSI. That’s strong enough to cut through grease, sediment and even tree roots.

A quick fix only opens a hole for water to pass. Jetting scours the build up off the pipe walls as well. Water flows better, and the line is less likely to block again soon.

Signs a line needs cleaning

  • Water drains away more slowly than usual.
  • Pipes gurgle when water runs through them.
  • Bad smells come up from drains or pits.
  • Water backs up into sinks, showers or toilets.
  • Pits and grates overflow during heavy rain.
  • The same blockage keeps coming back.

Each of these points to a problem below ground. The sooner it’s cleared, the less damage it can do.

Planned maintenance programs

We also offer planned maintenance programs, once or twice a year. We visit your site on a set schedule. We run CCTV inspections and clean or clear any blockages we find.

Regular jetting and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) protect your pipes. They stop build up and prevent future blockages.

Jetting and the camera, together

  1. Look first

The camera shows what the blockage is and exactly where it sits.

  2. Choose the right head

What the camera finds tells us which nozzle, root cutter or descaling head to use.

  3. Clear it fully

We clear the whole blockage, not just a hole through the middle of it.

  4. Check again

A second camera run proves the line is clean, with footage from before and after for your records.

When cleaning isn’t enough

Jetting clears what’s inside a pipe. It can’t fix the pipe itself. If roots got in through a cracked joint, they will grow back. The same goes for a pipe that has cracked or partly collapsed.

When the footage shows damage, we’ll explain your options. A long run of damage can be fixed with trenchless pipe relining. A single fault may only need a point repair. Read how drain cleaning works and when you need more.
